- Identifying appropriate candidates using all available medium.
- Extensively telephone interviewing candidates thus ensure suitability match for both parties (Personal, Technical, Business & Compensation).
- We endeavor to meet all our candidates in person.
- In house testing of technical skills where possible / appropriate.
- Reference candidates last 2 positions through line manager and colleague contact.
- Attach short listed candidates to cover sheet with confirmation of representation and send through to specified role.
- Once verbal offers have been accepted, MyTech will promptly gather all relevant information required for the screening policy.
